Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Masterโs preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare operations management; Ophthalmology or Optometry experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of operational processes and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of improving operational performance and efficiency.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with teams.
