Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner, the global leader of automation systems and solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing Reliability team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, focusing on delivering and expanding our reliability solutions and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding our clients' needs and demonstrating how our Emerson AMS and Novaspect offerings can improve their asset performance, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance strategies.
Sales Representative, Reliability Solutions Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business within existing accounts, including identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new service adoption
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts, including engineering, maintenance, operations, and procurement teams.
- Proactively understand clients' reliability challenges, operational goals, and business drivers. Conduct thorough needs assessments and translate them into effective solutions
- Present our Emerson AMS and Novaspec Reliability Solutions and Services to clients, highlighting their value proposition and addressing their specific needs
- Work with our internal sales teams to develop proposals and quotations
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for the company
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on account performance, including sales progress, customer satisfaction, and service delivery
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the reliability space. Share this knowledge with the team.
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is communicated to the appropriate teams
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Sales Representative, Reliability Solutions Additional Requirements
- Proven track record of success in account management and sales, preferably in the reliability, maintenance, or industrial sectors
- Strong understanding of reliability principles, maintenance strategies, and asset management best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Sales Representative, Reliability Solutions Education & Experience Guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel occasionally
Sales Representative, Reliability Solutions Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work at a computer for extended hours
- Ability to work in loud industrial environments
Sales Representative, Reliability Solutions Pay:
- Base Range: $75,000 - $108,000
- Potential Bonus: 20%
