What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office clerk position at Novate Legal Search?
Primary tasks will be to check mail daily, scan incoming documents, profile documents into our document management system, copy / print documents for binders needed for trials / mediation, and provide overflow phone coverage for receptionist.
This position will also be required to maintain the office supplies for both general office supplies & kitchen supplies, conduct coffee & water setup for meetings & deposition held within the office.
Additional tasks & projects will be requested as needed. Hours are Monday Friday 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM with an hour lunch.
