The Role
As Chief Estimator , you will lead the estimating department, modernizing operations and driving accurate, competitive bids for structural and miscellaneous steel projects. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll manage a team of 3-4 estimators and implement modern software and tools to enhance efficiency and performance.
Key responsibilities include :
- Leading and mentoring the estimating team.
- Implementing modern estimating software and automation tools.
- Estimating for large projects, including railways, motorways, signage, and heavy civil works.
- Collaborating with project management and leadership teams.
- Serving as the department’s primary point of contact for stakeholders.
