We are seeking an experienced estimator to join our team. As an estimator, you will be responsible for developing estimates for complex infrastructure projects, analyzing contract proposals, and creating cost estimates using project cost software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop estimates for infrastructure projects (bridges, highways, tunnels, airports)
- Analyze contract proposals and create cost estimates using project cost software
- Collaborate with teams to ensure competitive bidding and post-bid negotiations
- Manage estimates for high-profile projects exceeding $100M
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
- 10 years of estimating experience with 5 years in heavy civil projects
- Proven experience on large projects ($100M )
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with design/build and CMAR methods is a plus
