Novax Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and operating our plant's control and power systems, providing technical support and direction to our electrical employees, and developing plans to improve electrical maintenance and system performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and operation of control and power systems.
- Technical support and direction to electrical employees.
- Development and implementation of plans to improve electrical maintenance and system performance.
- Management of spare parts inventory and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordination of electrical activities during downtime and outages.
- Optimization of drive control systems, PLC control systems, and other closed-loop industrial control systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or significant experience in electrical maintenance.
- Experience in directing contractors and technical personnel.
- Familiarity with CAD software.
