- Perform mechanical assembly tasks as directed by team leaders or supervisors.

- Monitor quality, maintain accurate part counts, and track jobs effectively.
- Collaborate with account managers and quality teams to resolve assembly issues.
- Package and protect parts for shipment or downstream processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of mechanical assembly experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and drawings.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Familiarity with PEM/Haeger hardware installation machines and forklift operation is a plus.
Preferred Qualities:
