Responsibilities :
- Train employees and ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement work plans to maintain safe and efficient operations.
- Monitor daily progress, coordinating with the Shop Superintendent and other supervisors.
- Oversee material identification, fabrication, welding accuracy, and workflow organization.
- Manage equipment maintenance, review preventative maintenance reports, and document safety incidents, training, and employee evaluations.
- Foster continuous improvement in processes, equipment knowledge, and overall shop organization, ensuring a clean and orderly work environment.
