Job Description
NAOVI is seeking a Journeyman Graphic Designer to assist the government with the following task :
Primary responsibilities : Develops graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products.Utilizes request management tools to provide swift, high quality customer support for communication requests.Coordinates with UI / UX designer in Knowledge Management, to ensure graphic products provide an engaging and user friendly experience.Creates graphic designs for a variety of written and digital products.Develops design concepts and implements designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other type of digital content that will be presented online.Ensures products conform to all production standards, copywrite laws, accessibilities compliance requirements, public release clearances.Conducts technical quality checks.Manages an approved concept and build in HTML / CSS so it complies with responsive design principles.Provides Cartography support, as needed, to design thematic and reference maps.Experience with the following : o Leading the development of graphics, digital media, cartography, and othermultimedia productso Front-end web design, UI / UX, HTML / CSSo Photography and video editingo Mentoring and trains junior staffo Creating graphics products that provide an engaging and user friendly experienceo Creating graphic designs for a variety of written and digital productso Developing design concepts and implements designs for new web pages, mobileapplications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and othertypes of digital content presented onlineo Ensuring products conform to all production standards, copywrite laws,accessibility compliance requirements, public release clearanceso Conducting technical quality checks
Required Education and Experience :
BA / BS and 3 years of experience or no degree and 9 years of experience.A portfolio of your experience is needed with your resume.TS / SCI with Polygraph level clearance required.
