In this role you are the primary contact for resolving subscriber errors/tickets regarding electrical utilities or with Novel Energy requirements. You will work closely with sales, operations, and customer success teams to gather accurate information, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise during the subscriber journey. You will use any combination of calling, emailing, texting, or mailing to resolve tickets.
What you'll do:
1. Manage the CRM database to create, manage, and resolve Enrollment Support tickets.
2. Represent NES in a professional, positive manner while educating prospects and customers on the value of our products and services.
3. Resolve contract or utility-related errors on subscription agreements to allow agreements to be placed into community solar projects. Earn commissions based on the number of resolved tickets
4. Provide backup support to the membership specialist team on an as-needed basis
5. Meet (virtually) or via phone call or text with customers to review the Residential Community Solar Garden Program and correct the outstanding error(s).-Occasional work with commercial accounts
6. Obtain consent from customers to retrieve utility usage information.
7. Schedule and complete follow-up meetings to answer questions in pursuit of correcting the errors
8. Obtain signatures and financial statements (as needed
9. Have a basic understanding of all of NES’ offerings, so leads may be passed along to other departments within Novel.
10. Provide insight and suggestions to NES team when appropriate.
11. Other duties as assigned

What you'll need:
· Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team environment.
· Excellent organization, follow-up, and communication skills.
· Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

· Experience in solar or renewable energy field.
· Experience with Hubspot CRM.
