Position Summary : The Enrollment Specialist is a full-time, salaried position responsible for managing all aspects of enrollment for corporate centers and providing training and coaching support for franchise centers. This role ensures a strong foundation for enrollment, helping to drive success at the center level as Tierra Encantada continues to expand nationwide.
The primary objective of this role is to achieve enrollment targets for centers. This is accomplished by serving as the point of contact for the entire enrollment process for pre-opening centers, conducting all pre-tour tasks within the enrollment process for open centers, and assisting in developing resources and training for center leadership post-tour to help see families through to full enrollment.
Key Responsibilities :
Pre-Opening Enrollment
Center Support :
- Partner with the marketing team to customize pre-sale playbooks and strategies for each new center opening.
- Propose and track the effectiveness of enrollment strategies.
- Own enrollment process logistics, including ensuring new centers are fully set up in the CRM system and lead messaging sequences are properly deployed.
- Drive enrollment through communicating with prospective families via phone, text, and email, all tracked in the CRM system.
- Conduct in-person or virtual tours with families.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for pre-opening communications and enrollment-related inquiries until a Center Director is onboarded.
- Train center administrative teams on enrollment processes to ensure a seamless handoff.
- Support franchise ownership with ad hoc training on enrollment processes as needed.
