Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of structural steel projects, from planning to execution and closeout.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and the in-house team to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Coordinate material procurement, fabrication, and delivery schedules.
• Oversee on-site installation activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related challenges effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to contractual requirements and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the structural steel industry.
• Strong understanding of steel fabrication and erection processes.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commitment to working on-site (no remote work available).
