- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a closely related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Valid teaching credential or licensure in secondary English Language Arts (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum of two years of recent experience teaching or tutoring high school English, with demonstrated success in both literature and writing instruction.
- Strong command of diverse teaching strategies, assessment tools, and educational technologies.
