The Novelis North America (NNA) Specialties Commercial team is seeking a Sales Order Auditor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily audit of customer orders for all value streams to provide accurate sales order processing in to support Novelis’ Order to Cash process. The role collaborates with Novelis SoX team to support PwC Contract to Cash external audit. The NNA Sales Order Auditor reports to Specialties AMS Manager.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly reviews each NNA sales order entered the prior day to customer PO receipt for accuracy from customer information to material specifications
• Validates Day 1 pricing
• Completes the daily Billing Block report
• Is an influencer and trainer to AMS on NNA SoX C2C audit compliance
• Works collaboratively and communicates with NNA Price team on pricing concerns
• Compiles monthly value stream sales order key performance indicators for distribution to each AMS/Demand Manager
• Provides Quarterly support for validating Novelis SoX compliance processes by uploading data into the PwC portal
• Provides Quarterly support on External PwC Revenue Compliance

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Customer Service background with B2B understanding or audit experience
• SAP experience preferred, but not required, with an understanding of Order Management
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Detail Oriented, self- starter who can be an influencer with different cross functional groups
• Maintains a sense of urgency
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines as well as keep up with auditing and KPI distribution
• Excellent communication skills, ability to tailor message to the appropriate audience
• Process improvement mindset
