Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sr. Engineer to join our team as a senior member responsible for the design, implementation, management, maintenance, and security of the Microsoft 365 (M365) platform. This role requires collaboration with operational teams to optimize and secure M365 product suites, including identity management, communications, collaboration, analytics, advanced technologies, productivity tools, and emerging innovations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cloud services, a passion for improving user experiences, and a commitment to service excellence. The Sr. Engineer will play a key role in managing infrastructure support, developing solutions, and ensuring the successful operation of the M365 platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage the Microsoft 365 platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and security requirements.
• Optimize and secure M365 product suites, including identity management, communication tools, collaboration platforms, analytics, and visualization tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues related to the M365 platform.
• Develop technical solutions, policies, procedures, and processes governing the use and operation of M365 in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to improve user experience and technology adoption.
• Monitor system performance, ensure platform reliability, and proactively address potential risks or vulnerabilities.
• Provide advanced infrastructure support functions, including problem determination, resolution, and management.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration.
• Build and maintain positive business relationships with IT organizations, clients, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in cloud services and infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365.
• Deep knowledge of the M365 platform, including identity and access management, collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), and productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in implementing and managing security solutions for M365.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision.
• Strong project management skills and experience working on enterprise-level infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
