Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced OTM Architect to join our team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) module and a proven track record of successful OTM implementations. This role requires both functional and technical expertise at an architectural level to drive the success of OTM-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the OTM Architect, providing leadership and technical expertise for OTM implementations and enhancements.
- Design and implement OTM solutions that align with business objectives and client requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead OTM system architecture design, configuration, and deployment.
- Provide hands-on technical and functional support throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, implementation, and post-go-live support.
- Identify and resolve any system-related issues, ensuring the optimal performance of OTM solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with Oracle's latest developments and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members to build technical and functional competencies within the OTM domain.
Required Competencies:
- In-depth Knowledge of OTM: Strong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management, including functional and technical components.
- Implementation Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in OTM implementations, covering end-to-end deployment.
- Technical and Functional Skills: Comprehensive understanding of OTM architecture, workflows, integrations, and customization.
- Leadership Abilities: Capability to guide project teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving system issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
