Client is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow S2P Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ITSM, S2P integrations, and enterprise-grade ServiceNow platform solutions, ensuring alignment with client business needs and industry best practices.
- Lead design, customization, and maintenance of the ServiceNow ITSM SPO Module.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ServiceNow development teams.
- Conduct assessments of existing ServiceNow environments and recommend improvements.
- Design and develop seamless integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and related APIs.
- Automate business processes using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and other ServiceNow capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues while ensuring long-term platform stability.
- Guide the ServiceNow team in implementing S2P integration with external applications (e.g., SAP) and handling data transfer, support, and enhancement requests.
- Create and administer technical solutions within ServiceNow to meet IT and business requirements.
- Review design and code to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with customer expectations and industry standards.
- Apply best practices for web programming to build robust solutions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Ajax.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Process Leaders to develop optimal technical solutions.
- Provide timely status updates to project managers and key stakeholders.
- Advise on technical options, risks, and impacts related to business and ITIL processes.
- Effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 10–12 years of experience in administration, implementation, and configuration of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, Scoped Applications).
- Proven experience as a Senior Technical Lead or Architect.
- Expertise in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of web-based development technologies: JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS.
- Excellent communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Deep understanding of the full ITSM application lifecycle.
- Experience with S2P integrations and working knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.
- Certifications required:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- ITIL Certified
