Customer Support Agent
$20-25/hr • 15-25 hours/week, with potential to grow into full time
Location: Remote, or in-person in our SoHo NYC Office (preferred)
What will you do?
As one of our first Customer Support Agents, you will:
- Be part of a collaborative team, using email and live chat to rapidly resolve inquiries and exceed user expectations
- Work proactively to engage existing and prospective users through various channels (Intercom, Discord, Email, Social Media, etc.)
- Utilize your technical skills to master our internal admin systems, troubleshoot bugs, and resolve issues
- Think creatively and passionately about ways to make every user interaction meaningful and provide the best customer experience possible
- Contribute to making sports trading more exciting for our rapidly growing user base
- Learn and grow with our platform as we scale, with a path to full-time employment

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role
- Familiarity with or interested in sports betting or financial markets is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with customer support tools like Intercom, Zendesk, or Salesforce
- Ability and desire to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- A quick and creative problem-solving mind
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- A deep understanding and respect for our inclusive communication guidelines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our evolving software and platform
Who is Novig?
