What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assessment - MA Cohort Regional Leader position at Novo?
The regional leader covers a portion of Cohort physical territory as the main point person for administering cohort objectives in their region. Their focus is on developing their areas, stewarding relationships, providing meaningful coaching and training and even planning/overseeing ministry events for people in the area. They are the “boots on the ground” that help to keep a pulse on what is happening and a key member of the greater Cohort Team.
