How You'll Perform The Role
Performs, processes, maintains, and enhances all technical areas of the graphics field, including internal and external customer relationships, art files and designs, implementation of new and existing jobs, and product production. The position is also in charge of all graphic projects. Ensures the accuracy of press-side and customer approvals for the product(s) being produced for the customer in our plants.

How You'll Perform The Role
Performs, processes, maintains, and enhances all technical areas of the graphics field, including internal and external customer relationships, art files and designs, implementation of new and existing jobs, and product production. The position is also in charge of all graphic projects. Ensures the accuracy of press-side and customer approvals for the product(s) being produced for the customer in our plants.
- Ensure customer's artwork meets press print capabilities and productivity standards.
- Effectively coordinates and communicates with Customer Service, Sales and Production teams regarding new, improved or changed artwork, designs and graphics.
- Processing art orders through internal and external source partners working closely with Customer Service.
- Providing complete specifications and art instructions trough plate vendor Portal System software.
- Proof-reading art files to original customer art files received, manufacturing specifications and instructions.
- Order ink color swatches on the actual material for customer approval.
- Completing production Release Files (PC), ordering printing plates, and archival o finished files.
- Prepare artwork file for hand assembly of mock-up bag sample for customer approval.
- Maintain and update CAD drawings (using Illustrator software) of all bag size templates and archival of all templates.
- Production of artwork for special label format.
What We Need From You
- Technical degree in Graphic Design or minimum of five (5) years’ experiences.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in packaging or printing field.
- Excellent skills with Macintosh Platform, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work within team environment.
