How You'll Perform the RoleKey Responsibilities:
- Focus on recruitment and hiring for rural areas and find new ways to attract talent
- Embracing diversity in cultures that work in our plant and establish ways to celebrate employee backgrounds
- Assist with interviews and orientation practices
- Rising Juniors or Seniors obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, and/or Communications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- Interest in working with human resource information software and propensity to adapt to technology easily.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas, points of view and recommendations to management.
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
- Project management skills a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidential information is a requirement.
- Hands-on experience working with and learning from cross functional leadership
- Exposure to a multi-billion dollar, fast-paced manufacturing company that places an emphasis on sustainability initiatives
- Develop key skills through Intern Events focused on your growth and development - focus on networking, resume writing/interview preparation, and guidance on creating and delivering presentations
- This is a paid internship
