Join us as our new Maintenance Flow Supervisor!
Supervisor will organize daily activities related to utility equipment and operation, perform equipment troubleshooting and repairs, and modify equipment and/or systems for improved efficiency. Own the prioritization of improvement and repair activities related to utilities. Supervise utility operators and prioritize daily work. Oversee the technical warehouse and corresponding technical inventory. Supervise technical warehouse employees and ensure accurate bookkeeping and warehouse practices. Train and develop direct reports to ensure reliable operation of production.

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By
- Provide leadership and guidance to the individual staff and team members of the departments; ensure that they get information, general and/or specific, necessary to accomplish their tasks.
- Coach and develop personnel according to their individual needs and the scope of their job-related functions.
- Daily follow-up of team performance.
- Direct maintenance flow and procurement department activities. Demonstrates a positive team-work attitude on a consistent basis. Administer activities in maintenance flow and procurement areas of NZNE.
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and sourcing personnel at NZNE.
- Oversee storeroom to minimize stock-outs and minimize capital tied up in inventory. -
- Operate storeroom in a manner that considers EOQ, parts and consumables are up-to-date and obsolete items are removed according to local and state regulations and Novozymes policies and procedures.
- Promotes a working climate that adheres to the Novonesis cultural commitments.
- 2 years' experience with Novonesis or Industrial Manufacturing
- Strong technical skills and SAP experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team and instill a strong workplace culture
- Fast paced environment
- Leadership experience by direct management or leading strategic initiatives.
- Day shift 7:30-4:00 with some flexibility
