Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment such as fermenters, centrifuges, and spray dryers.
- Uphold a clean production environment by adhering to hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Utilize computer skills to communicate effectively, track information, and manage inventory transactions.
- Actively participate in our safety culture, prioritizing workplace safety.
- Engage in continuous improvement processes by learning and applying LEAN manufacturing principles.
- Accurately complete and document process paperwork.
- Maintain a positive attitude while demonstrating diligence and passion in your work.
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office, email, and web-based tools.
- Ability to work nights and weekends, as well as 12-hour shifts.
- Physical capability to maintain mobility and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is essential; higher education (college degree) in Biology, Engineering, or related fields is strongly preferred.
- Ability to walk up and down steps consistently and work at elevated heights is necessary.
