Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment, including fermenters, centrifuges, and spray dryers.
- Ensure a clean production environment through adherence to hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Utilize computer skills for tracking information and managing inventory transactions.
- Participate actively in cultivating a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the workplace.
- Complete and document necessary process paperwork accurately.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Strong commitment to maintaining hygiene standards and following GMP protocols.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn about new processes and technologies.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent (higher education such as a degree in Biology, Engineering, or related fields is preferred).
- Physical capability to navigate steps, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Availability to work nights and weekends on 12-hour shifts.
