About Us:

We are seeking a dynamic Events Manager to join our Phoenix team. This role focuses on planning and executing events that enhance brand awareness and foster community engagement, with a strategic emphasis on supporting our sales initiatives.

Job Summary:

The Events Manager will be responsible for organizing and executing events that showcase NOVOS FiBER’s presence in the Arizona community. While not directly responsible for sales, the Events Manager will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure events are designed to generate leads and support sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and a keen understanding of how events can drive business growth.

$75,000 - $80,000 a year

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Execution: Design and implement events that align with NOVOS FiBER’s brand and community engagement goals.

• Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales department to understand their objectives and incorporate strategies into event planning that facilitate lead generation and customer acquisition.

• Community Engagement: Develop initiatives that connect NOVOS FiBER with the local community, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.

• Vendor and Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

• Budget Management: Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.

• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all events comply with legal, health, and safety regulations.

• Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate event outcomes, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future events.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
