Join us as our new Technical Sales Manager!
In this role you’ll make an impact by :
Providing guidance and support to Field Sales Team on correct product use
Liaising with Technical Service, Marketing, Application Research / R&D and Commercial
Proactively seeking to expand uses and applications for current products and identify opportunities for new product creation.
Providing technical support on existing Private Label products and creation of and implementation of new private label opportunities
Co-managing technical/product troubleshooting and customer complaints involving product application
Creatively exploring product refreshment concepts
Sharing knowledge of Novonesis technologies on a range of cropping systems to create and deliver technical product knowledge and field data to internal and external audiences
Acting as the Plant Health Commercial technical expert on internal and external project teams including Regional Marketing team
Supporting Plant Health Commercial/Marketing teams and key accounts in the development of technical materials, presentations, and sales tools
Working with Novonesis´ Regulatory team for updated, new and expanded product registrations
To succeed you must hold:
B.S. with 10 years’ experience, or M.S. with 8 years’ experience or Ph.D with 5 years’ experience, preferable in Agriculture
Demonstrated background in agriculture, crop science, soil biology, microbiology, plant pathology, weed science, entomology or related discipline.
Seed treatment experience a plus
Sales experience
Interpersonal skills to communicate, advise, negotiate or influence others as well as build productive relationships
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally approximately 50%.

Expected salary range: $125,000 - $145,000 base 25% target bonus
