Enjoy performing a variety of responsibilities, for example:
- Job Costing and WIP.
- Orchestrate accounting/finance operations (such as AR, AP, GL, payroll, budgeting, controls).
- Accomplish the closing process (month, quarter, annual).
- Produce accurate, timely financial reports.
- Coordinate with external CPA, regarding tax and audit.
- Achieve efficiencies, maximize profits.
Qualifications:
- Experience performing a wide spectrum of accounting duties.
- Comfortable and capable of hands-on technical accounting; command of daily details.
- GAAP knowledge, including revenue recognition.
- Accurate. Detailed. Organized. Deadline-achiever.
- Technology savvy, including Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Agreeable to on-site work M-F (Las Vegas, zip code 89118)
- Management experience is preferred.
- Bachelors degree is desirable, but not mandatory.
