Responsibilities involve the billing side of construction projects. For example:
- Communicate with customers and Project Managers regarding payments and outstanding invoices.
- Handle billing and ensure that invoicing is timely and accurate for each project.
- Monitor contract dates and aging reports.
- Reconcile accounts to the General Ledger.
- Code data into the accounting system.
- Maintain detailed notes for record keeping. Process documents.
- Address matters involving collections.
- Conduct review of documents at the opening of projects.
- Close-out reconciliations at the end of projects.
- Perform analysis and reports as needed. Participate in audits.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and other team members.
