Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth
- Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow management, AR/AP, payroll, and reporting
- Develop and implement financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance
- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to senior leadership
- Lead financial reporting and present key financial data to executives and stakeholders
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial strategy with business objectives
- Manage relationships with investors, banking partners, and external auditors
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- Experience: 7 years in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced industry
- Leadership: Strong ability to guide and mentor finance teams while collaborating with executive leadership
- Technical Skills: Expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and ERP systems (QuickBooks preferred)
