About the Role
NOW CFO is assisting a client who is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to permanently join their growing organization in the healthcare industry. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, overseeing accounting and finance operations, and supporting the companys expansion initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will manage financial planning, acquisitions, and key performance metrics to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, financial modeling, and service line analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
- Conduct payer mix analysis and improve collections ratios and payment oversight.
- Support acquisition opportunities and financial benchmarks.
- Collaborate on insurance depositions and financial discussions.
- Oversee accounting, finance, billing, and records for a multi-unit healthcare organization.
- Ensure alignment with key financial KPIs including Total Revenue, EBITDA, and Collections Ratio.
- Foster a culture of growth with intention, execution, and results-driven leadership.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Background in the healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- FP&A experience
- System implementation expertise
- CPA certification
- Multi-unit healthcare organization experience
- Prior deposition experience
