You will oversee financial operations, implement procedures and controls, and ensure accurate and timely reporting. This role demands excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to clients.
Salary:
Earn a competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 base salary, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial operations of client engagements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and policies.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support clients' business objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze data, identify trends, and uncover opportunities.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with clients to establish and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Conduct industry research to provide valuable insights, particularly in farming or manufacturing.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Mentor junior staff, fostering skill development and knowledge growth.
- Stay current with developments in accounting regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role, with a focus on farming or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
