You will provide financial and accounting guidance to our clients, overseeing financial operations, implementing procedures and controls, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Salary:
Earn a competitive hourly rate ranging from $50 to $60 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations of client engagements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and policies.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support clients' business objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze data, identify trends, and uncover opportunities.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with clients to establish and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Conduct industry research to provide valuable insights, particularly in the construction sector.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Mentor junior staff, fostering skill development and knowledge growth.
- Stay current with developments in accounting regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar role, with a focus on the construction industry.
- Experience in the manufacturing or restaurant sectors is a significant bonus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership and team management abilities.
