NOW CFO has an incredible opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our clients team in Miami, FL.
Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Brickell - Miami, FL (Fully Onsite)
ZIP CODE: 33131
Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year, plus annual bonus
Responsibilities:
- Perform reconciliations and financial analysis
- Review contracts, specifically in the trucking industry
- Manage finance leasing and fintech operations
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Manage fixed assets
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Handle revenue recognition processes
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience
- High-level Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with NetSuite (preferred)
- Industry experience in trucking, tech, fintech, logistics, supply chain
- Project management and management experience
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
- Experience working for an audit/CPA firm
