What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at NOW Delivery?
NOW Delivery is New England's premier medical courier/logistics service. For over 40 years we have provided 24/7/365 time-critical transportation services to New England's leading healthcare organizations. We are seeking a full-time dispatcher to join our team. Must be very computer literate and have excellent geographic knowledge of Greater Boston/Route 128 and 495 Corridors. We prefer candidates have at least 1-year dispatching experience in a high-volume transportation setting. Additionally, candidates must have excellent interpersonal communication skills in order to successfully interact with our couriers and our customers. The right individual for this position must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening. This position is Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
