About this Role :
Seeking Internal Medicine Physician, Geriatric, or Family Medicine for Medical Director Role
Medical Director, you will provide medical staff oversight services at our post acute, rehabilitative and palliative-care institutions.
Manage new admissions
Attend Quality meetings
Oversee and support in-servicing of staff
Ensure exceptional patient care in a post-acute care setting
Attend quality assurance and policy review meetings on a regular basis
Help foster positive collaboration among care teams through open communication
Flexible Schedule. M-F Hours. No after hours or weekend call
Background Desired : Medical Director
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric
Ability to hold a DC state medical license
Willingness and ability to see patients the geriatric population
