Key Responsibilities :
- Handle a variety of employment litigation matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour disputes.
- Draft and respond to discovery requests, prepare initial pleadings, and handle motions.
- Take and defend depositions, as well as assist in trial preparation and representation.
- Provide advice and counsel to management-side clients on labor and employment law matters.
- Engage directly with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel throughout the litigation process.
