This is a Sr. Paralegal position a candidate that has the ability to run a file from inception through trial and oversee a team. Boutique Person Injury law firm in Kendall that focuses on litigation, and takes on the tough cases that other firms passes along.

This position is looking for a candidate that is experienced with civil litigation, specifically with personal injury. Growing firm that offers a strong work life balance and the ability to be an integral part of the firm taking on tough cases with meaning.

• Qualifications
• The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working on litigating Plaintiff Personal Injury cases
• Minimum three years' of experience as a Paralegal working in civil Litigation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Spanish Speaking
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadline
