We are looking to add a confident Cosmetic Patient Coordinator with a team player mentality at Nowak Aesthetics! For the past 25 years, Nowak Aesthetics has been an innovator and a leader of the aesthetics industry in the southern region of San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate must have great customer service skills and a passion for the cosmetic industry. They will have efficient self-starter qualities, excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and exceptional listening skills. This candidate should emulate professionalism and maturity in their speech and demeanor while being compassionate, empathetic and detail-oriented. They must work great in a team settings and be able to multi-task with overlapping deadlines.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of HIPAA
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficient in Computer Skills, Excel, and Microsoft Word
- Experience with EMR
- Available Full Time with Flexible Hours
- 2 Years experience in Medical Aesthetics setting preferred
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Excellent customer service
- Scheduling and modifying appointments
- Answer phone calls
- Assist with consultations
- Entering all medical history
- Taking chief complaints
- EMR completion
- Educating patients on pre/post-procedure care
- Knowledge of fillers, neurotoxins and cosmetic sales
