What You'll Earn

  • Prospect neighborhoods and connect with homeowners
    
    
    
  
  
  • Complete paid training to master our sales process
    
    
    
  
  
  • Inspect roofs for storm damage and assist with insurance claims
    
    
    
  
  
  • Schedule adjuster appointments and guide homeowners through selections
    
    
    
  
  
  • Manage contracts, collect payments, and oversee roof builds
    
    
    
  
  
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle final project wrap-up
    
    
    
  
  
  • Submit referrals, documentation, and assist with financing when needed

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What We're Looking For

• 
  2 years of sales experience (home improvement, solar, restoration, or similar is a plus)
  
  
  


• 
  Strong communication skills

  Goal-oriented and money-motivated
  
  
  


• Comfortable working outdoors and on roofs
  
  
  


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  
  
  


• Able to climb ladders and walk roofs safely
