Are you connected to the world of financial influencers and eager to engage them in meaningful partnerships? NOYACK is seeking an Influencer Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing Intern to identify, recruit, and manage financial influencers to promote our mission. Join a team that’s redefining financial education and investment access for young adults.

What You’ll Do :

Identify and Engage Financial Influencers : Research and build relationships with financial influencers who align with NOYACK’s mission to empower young adults with financial literacy and investment opportunities.
Develop Persuasive Outreach Campaigns : Craft compelling partnership proposals and outreach strategies that effectively communicate the benefits of collaborating with NOYACK.
Manage Influencer Partnerships : Oversee influencer onboarding and maintain ongoing relationships, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment with our brand values.
Coordinate Collaborative Content : Work with influencers to create impactful content that promotes NOYACK’s initiatives and reaches target demographics like Millennials, HENRYs (High Earners, Not Rich Yet), and Gen Z.
Monitor and Optimize Partnership Performance : Analyze engagement and performance data, using insights to refine outreach strategies and maximize influencer impact.
Stay Updated on Market Trends : Track new trends in influencer marketing, focusing on finance-specific platforms and emerging influencer personalities.
Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with the marketing and communications departments to maintain consistent messaging and a cohesive brand presence.
Utilize CRM Tools : Manage influencer contacts and activities using tools like HubSpot to ensure efficient tracking and reporting.

What We’re Looking For :

A recent graduate or candidate with 1-2 years in marketing, communications, business, or a related field with a focus on influencer or affiliate marketing.

Strong interest in finance and knowledge of the financial influencer landscape.

Experience in outreach, negotiation, and relationship management with influencers or affiliate partners.

Familiarity with social media and influencer marketing practices.

Must be expert in Meta Business Suite

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building persuasive partnerships.

Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies.

Excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple influencer relationships simultaneously.
