Financial Education Product Manager – Curriculum Content

NOYACK is launching a comprehensive video-based financial education platform for Millennials and Gen Z, and we’re hiring a Financial Education Product Manager to lead curriculum content development and oversee 60 hours of masterclass video production.

Your role: identify certified financial professionals (e.g., CFPs, CFAs, RIAs), onboard them as expert educators, and manage end-to-end video production—from filming and editing to LMS distribution. You’ll own the product, manage multiple concurrent production timelines, and ensure seamless execution of our curriculum for digital learners.

This is a strategic and operational role requiring experience in curriculum building, video content production, and project management.

🔹 Expert Recruitment & Onboarding

• Identify financial advisors and subject matter experts as educators
• Persuade and onboard experts, emphasizing promotional value and mission alignment
• Support them in crafting engaging, goals-based content aligned with NOYACK’s curriculum

🔹 Curriculum Development

• Design and manage the structure and learning objectives of video masterclasses
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and learner engagement across all modules
• Collaborate with experts to shape actionable, high-quality lessons

🔹 Video Production Oversight (60 Hours)

• Oversee filming, editing, and post-production workflows for masterclasses
• Coordinate production teams and maintain tight schedules across multiple projects
• Ensure all content is delivered on time, meets quality standards, and integrates into NOYACK’s LMS platform

🔹 Project Management

• Use tools like ClickUp or Asana to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and communicate updates to leadership
• Continuously improve processes for scaling content production efficiently

✅ Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA/CFP candidate preferred
• 2 years experience in curriculum development, online course production, or education content
• Hands-on experience with video production workflows (filming, editing, delivery)
• Project management skills with proficiency in ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools
• Ability to work cross-functionally with educators, creatives, and tech teams
