What are the responsibilities and job description for the Go-To-Market (GTM) Expert position at Noyack Wealth Club?
THIS IS A PART-TIME, HYBRID ROLE. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT LIVE WITHIN A 30-MINUTE COMMUTE OF DOWNTOWN MANHATTAN, NYC. YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
NOYACK is launching a comprehensive video-based financial education platform for Millennials and Gen Z, and we’re hiring a Go-To-Market Producer to help us shape and execute the launch.
You’ve helped bring products or programs to life—maybe 2, maybe 10. You’ve written launch emails, coordinated timelines, worked with designers and devs, and figured out how to explain a new product so people actually get it. If that sounds like you—read on.
We're hiring a part-time GTM lead to manage the messaging, rollout, and early growth strategy of our 60-hour, expert-led financial learning platform.
- Location: You must live within 30 minutes of downtown Manhattan. This is a hybrid role (office launch coordination in person).
- Pay: $60/hour paid as follows: $25/hr in cash and $35/hr in equity
- Hours: ~15–25 hours/week, flexible based on your schedule and project needs.
📣 Package the product for launch
You’ll define positioning, write copy for launch emails and landing pages, and make sure our messaging is clear to a 28-year-old who wants to understand investing—but doesn’t want to feel talked down to.
🛠️ Coordinate the rollout
You’ll help manage timing and deliverables across design, development, content, and marketing. You’ll keep the trains running and make sure nothing gets dropped before launch.
📬 Run early-access and go-live campaigns
You’ll plan the first touchpoints with users—signup flows, emails, community posts, early feedback loops—and optimize based on what’s working.
📈 Build simple GTM playbooks
You’ll document the steps, tools, and tactics that worked—so we’re not reinventing the wheel for the next launch.
- You’ve launched a product or campaign before. Doesn’t need to be fancy—but it needs to be real.
- You’ve worked across teams and managed a launch schedule.
- You can write clearly—without sounding like a press release.
- You’re organized and proactive. If a launch has 14 moving pieces, you’re the one who lists them out and moves them forward.
- You live in NYC and can be on-site as needed. (Most meetings will be in person.)
- You’ll own the go-to-market process for a real product helping people learn how to build wealth
- You’ll work directly with the leadership team—no layers or silos
- You’ll see your work go live, fast—and shape the public face of a platform that’s built for the next generation of investors
