We need someone who can keep our marketing projects on track using ClickUp (or learn it fast) while also jumping in on real marketing work—SEO, email marketing, and social media. Basically, you’ll help make sure nothing falls through the cracks while learning and doing real marketing along the way.

What you’ll do (aka Your Superpowers 💥)
ClickUp Captain 🏆 – Manage projects, tasks, and deadlines in our task management system so things don’t get lost in the abyss.
Marketing Support Pro 🎯 – Assist with SEO (keywords and metadata are your friends), email marketing (hello, Klaviyo), and social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, you name it).
Project Management Sidekick 📅 – Work closely with account managers, designers, and strategists to keep marketing campaigns moving.
Detail Ninja 🥷 – Spot the small things that make a big difference. Double-check copy, links, and campaign assets before they go live.
Idea Contributor 💡 – Bring fresh marketing ideas to the table. We love when team members think outside the box.
Firefighter (but like, in a cool way) 🔥 – Solve problems on the fly, keep things moving, and make sure nothing explodes (figuratively, of course).
What we’re looking for
✅ Marketing Knowledge – You know the basics of digital marketing (SEO, email, social media) and want to learn more.
✅ Organized AF – You can juggle multiple tasks and prioritize like a pro.
✅ Tech-Savvy – Experience with ClickUp (or a willingness to learn), Google Drive, and marketing tools like Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
