What You’ll Do
- Align HR initiatives with business goals to support growth
- Manage compliance, policies, and HR processes, ensuring best practices
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure smooth open enrollment processes
- Recruit and manage a pipeline of candidates to ensure proper staffing
- Oversee HRIS systems and streamline HR operations (Experience in Paycom is a plus but not required)
- Support leadership with workforce planning, talent development, and performance management
- Influence and engage employees at all levels to foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3-6 years of HR experience (HR management or HRBP role preferred)
- Skills: Strong Knowledge of HR Compliance and HRIS Systems, Leadership Experience and ability to partner with Executives and Employees
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus but not required.
- Motivation: Team player mentality, and strong work ethic
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills.
- Organization: Ability to effectively manage your time and tasks.
Training Requirements:
- Completion of Nozzle Nolen Orientation & Training.
- Ongoing training as identified by supervisors or HR.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
