Position: As a Start Tech, you’ll be the face of our company, providing expert pest control services while identifying sales opportunities across all our service categories. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new people, and making a difference in customers' lives. Start Tech will complete the initial service for new accounts, You will be working indoors, outdoors, on roofs, and in attics. The job is a busy, active, physical, full-time role.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- License: Must have a valid driver's license.
- Experience: Experience in pest control is good but not required.
- Driving Record: Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- Skills: Good communication, tech-savvy, ability to follow instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect residential properties to identify pest issues.
- Apply pesticides and other treatments safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and maintenance.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse customer base.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Handle physical tasks like lifting 50 lbs., accessing roofs via ladders, and inspecting crawl spaces.
- Operate necessary tools and equipment, including iPads and termite rods.
- Tolerate various environmental conditions, including seasonal weather and dusty locations.
Paid Training Requirements:
- Complete Nozzle Nolen Orientation & Training.
- May need to complete state certification/licensing after on-the-job training.
- Additional training as identified by the Supervisor or Human Resources.
