Job / Practice Description :
Urologist
Location : Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo)
Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients
Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license
Group with surgical and robotics expertise
Flexible office hours, 1.5-2 OR days per week based on surgical volume
Surgical cases at main hospital, critical access hospital and surgery center
24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ED admissions
No more than 1 : 3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours
Office procedures (cystos male / female, vasectomy under local, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid and Botox injections)
Equipment (Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers x 3, with two rigid scopes and two flexible, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, UroLift, Nitrous)
Four da VinciXi Surgical Robots with da VinciTableMotion
Establishing prostatectomy and cystectomy programs fed by 6 other providers
Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
Weekly onsite CME, and CME / grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
