- Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers in the development of new automation builds.
- Drive the development process, ensuring strategic alignment with customer and manufacturing goals.
- Monitor project progress, maintaining strict adherence to cost and timeline objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for automation builds, focusing on platform solutions, cost positioning, and OEM selection.
- Actively participate in quoting processes to identify and execute optimal solutions for customers.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of automation projects, from solution definition to equipment delivery.

- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience :
- Proven leadership experience (5 years) with a track record of developing and guiding technical teams.
- 510 years of hands-on experience in automation, with a strong background in controls, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
- Technical Skills :
- Expertise in robotics, conveyance systems, and PLCs (Allen Bradley and Siemens experience preferred).
- Strategic mindset with a focus on cost-effective platform solutions and long-term planning.
- Certifications :
- Relevant certifications in automation or engineering fields are a plus.
- Soft Skills :
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with customers and cross-functional teams.
