- Role Overview :
- We are looking for skilled CNC Setup Technicians to set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment used in the production processes. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and extensive knowledge of CNC machinery lathes and mills.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and adjust CNC machines for various production tasks.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve mechanical and operational issues.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure high-quality parts.
- Collaborate with the programming team to implement and follow production schedules.
- Ensure a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Setup Technician.
- Proficiency with CNC equipment, particularly Mazak and Doosan machines.
- Familiarity with Mazatrol controllers on lathes.
- Knowledge of production processes and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
