We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in operating CNC machinery. This role involves operating and occasional troubleshooting of CNC mills. The CNC Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining production efficiency and adhering to safety standards within our facility.
Responsibilities
- Operate a PORTA CNC mill
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process
- Ensure the CNC machine is running efficiently and producing parts within tolerance
- Using precision measuring instruments to verify that the parts meet quality standards
- Adhere to safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
Experience
- 3 years of experience running CNC machines
- Some troubleshooting experience
- Experience with mills
