- What Youll Do -
- This role is far from routine. As Corporate Counsel, you will be a
- trusted legal partner
- across multiple business units, providing expertise in :
- Privacy, Cybersecurity & AI
- Stay ahead of emerging legal trends and safeguard our clients technology and data.
- Global Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with international employment laws, anti-bribery laws, and
- dietary supplement & cosmetic regulations
- Strategic Contract impact
- Draft and review agreements with third parties, vendors, and suppliers.
- Policy & Government Affairs
- Shape internal policies and liaise with regulatory agencies to advocate for our clients business interests.
- Cross-functional Legal Leadership
- Partner with key stakeholders to provide innovative, business-forward legal solutions.
- What You Bring
- Law degree with active Utah State Bar admission.

- years of legal experience
- law firm & in-house mix preferred)
- 3. Expertise in
- privacy, cybersecurity, international, employment, and contract law
- 4. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- 5. Ability to translate complex legal matters into actionable, business-friendly solutions
- 6. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
